• Shipped 300 computers from DeVry

• Planned to teach 2 basic courses.
• But 35 of 52 teachers had mastered basics and needed advanced experience.
• Developed advanced program on-the-fly: Teaching with projects, Rachel, and cross cultural teams.

• Integrate computer and online resources into curriculum
• “Rachel” for schools without internet
Basic course: 21st century teaching and computer skills
