I. Meeting Objective
This project consists of providing sewer service to approximately 92 property owners in an area consisting of Lutz Rd., Shearin Ave., Early Ave., and a portion of Berryhill Rd.
This meeting will provide for public participation on the consideration of constructing the sanitary sewer improvement.
Discussion items will include proposed sewer line locations, tentative cost for construction, and schedules.

A. Conduct a Construction Assessment Hearing.
B. Five day wait for written objections.
C. Respond to all written objections.
E. Ten day wait for filing of all appeals to Probate Court.F. Settle all appeals.
