 Fruits give us vitamin C. They help to               build strong bones and healthy skin.           Examples, apples, bananas, oranges,       grapes and much more!

Vegetables provide the nutrients and         calcium we need to strengthen our           brain. Examples, carrots, tomatoes,       broccoli, lettuce, cucumber andmany         others!  Dairy provide calcium, protein and         helps to grow healthy bones and           teeth. Examples, yogurt, milk, cheese         and such!  Grains are rich in carbohydrates,         fiber, minerals and vitamins.       Examples are cereals, oats, bread,         crackers and more!
