Transducerized digital torque wrench for industry 4.0 The Phoenix II digital torque wrench offers a new concept in manual torque applications and sets a new standard for quality, technological leadership and operational excellence. Our main focus is our commitment to the success of our customers, the Phoenix II has been developed to meet critical bolt -on fastening and bolt joint analysis in a simple and clear way. The unique residual torque measurement algorithm makes the scan independent of the operator's ability. It has an exceptional memory capacity of up to one million grips and curves. Built-in robustness and wireless connectivity make Phoenix ll a cutting-edge product ready to work within the Industry 4.0 environment.

Technical Specifications
With a range between 1.5Nm up to 1,200Nm the Phoenix II digital torque wrench attempt most market needs. Its components, developed with the latest technology, provide a longer life for the equipment.
• Main features: • A single torque wrench contains all the features for production and quality applications; • Storage of 1 million results with tightening curve; • Ability to copy and paste test programs or tightening strategies with revision number and change date; • Capacity for 4,000 programs; • Ergonomic handle with vibration for operation in environment with noise; • Strategies for application "torque and torque x angle", in addition to automatic residual torque detection algorithm; • Collect data for CEP, possibility to create data collection routes reporting to MSqnet (QA) software with statistical
analysis, including parameters of residual torque measurement, Track torque, peak torque, Minimum torque and "Loosen and tighten" by angle control, important for quality analysis;
• Developed and manufactured by M.Shimizu with its own technology.
TW Config – Configuration Software All parameters and settings of the Phoenix II are performed through the TW Config software. The connection can be made via a USB port or Wi-Fi network, making the wrench configuration very easy, and all at no extra cost!
