Onceregisteredforasummerprogram,DPRwillcontactyouviaemailwithinformationandinstructionsforBeforeandAfterCareregistration.IfyouareabletoregisterforaspaceinaDPRsummercamp,youareguaranteedaspaceinBeforeandAfterCare.
ReducedRatequalificationdoesNOTapplytoBeforeandAfterCarefees.Also,BeforeandAfterCareisNOTavailableforRECCamps.
ImportantInformationaboutDPR’sBeforeandAfterCare:
• Campstartspromptlyat9amandendspromptlyat5pm.Before-careisfrom8amto9amandafter-careisfrom5pmto6pm.
• Childrencannotbedroppedoffbefore8:50a.m.iftheyarenotenrolledinbefore-care.Childrenmustbepickedupby5:00p.m.iftheyarenotenrolledinafter-care.
• RECCampsdonotofferbeforeandaftercare.IfenrolledinanRECCamp,childrencannotbedroppedoffbefore8:50a.m.Allparticipantsmustbepickedupnolaterthan3pm.
• Allchildrenmustbesignedinandoutofcampdailybyaparentordesignatedadult.ChildrenmaynotleaveDPRpropertywithanyoneotherthantheparent/guardianordesignatedadultontheregistrationform.Anyonedesignatedtopickupachildmustbelistedontheregistrationformandmustbeatleast18yearsold.
• Ifyourchildis12yearsoldorolder,andwillwalk(unaccompaniedbyanadult/walkingalone)toandfromcamp,youwillneedtocompleteaconsentform.Yourchildwillsignhim/herselfinandoutofcamp.Childrenundertheageof12mustbesignedinandoutofcampbyaparentordesignatedadult.
• Childrenenrolledinafter-caremustbepickedupnolaterthan6:00p.m.Ifyourchildhasnotbeenpickedupby6:30p.m.,theproperauthoritieswillbecontacted.
• Parents/guardianspickingupachildafterthedesignatedtimewillreceiveaverbalwarningforthefirstoffenseandthesecondoffensewillwarrantlatefees.Parentswillbecharged$10foreveryportionof15minutesperchildbasedontheprogrampick-uptimes.
• Continueddisregardforthepick-uptimeorfailuretopaylatepick-upfeescanbecauseforthechild’sterminationfromtheprogram.
• Latefeeswillbeduewithinthreebusinessdays.InvoiceswillbesentviaemailandfeescanbepaidonyourDPRaccount.
