• Health contract• We must all work together and agree to measures of safety
• Temperature checks• Will be conducted before students enter the building• No student with a fever of 100.4 ⁰F will be allowed in the building• Individuals should be fever-free for 24 hours without the aid of fever-reducing

• Calling in Sick Children• We will ask about your son’s or daughter’s symptoms. We must be notified if your
child is tested for COVID-19
• Diocesan Attendance Policy • This policy will be enforced on a case by case basis

for 14 days.

• Elementary stable groups will be assigned specific restrooms in the school.
• Stable groups will rotate sections of the playground during recess
• In departmentalized grades, the teachers will move rooms.
• If students do move to different classrooms, all desks will be cleaned between
switches.
• Elementary PE/music/art/etc. should be outside as much as possible.
• Schedules will be staggered within the school to alleviate hallway/restroom
congestion.
• Students will use hand-sanitizer upon entering and exiting each room and at
least once each hour.
• Lunch seating will be altered to maintain distancing.
• Students may be asked to eat lunch in various locations such as classroom, outside, etc.

• Students will bring and use personal water bottles.
• Follow the Mass attendance guidelines for students.
• Tuesday and Thursday Masses will be split by grade levels.
• Adoration and confession will continue with 6-foot social distancing.
• Middle school will have exploratory classes.
• Clubs will be decided at a later date.
• Student athletic practice will be directed by Kansas State High School Athletic
Association and the Catholic School Activities League.
• No field trips away from campus or assemblies will be scheduled.
• Scheduled volunteers will have temperature taken upon arrival and must wear
a mask.

individualized help.
• Schools will strive to offer internet-ready devices for each child in a family as
needed.
• Participation and achievement grades will be earned by students.
• For remote learning, when video sessions are hosted, participation grade will be issued.
• On days of remote learning, students will be expected to account for their
studying by completing a daily log for 6 hours of learning. Maintaining the log is
a state requirement.
• For grades 3-8, we will utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Teams for live lessons
and classroom assignments
• For grades PS-2, we will utilize Teams for live lessons and SeeSaw for classroom
assignments
