1.0 Overview of IPP Engineering Limited
1.1. Overview Of IPP Limited: IPP ENGINEERING LIMITED (IPP) is wholly an indigenous company incorporated and resident
in Nigeria providing integrated Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction,
Maintenance and Corrosion Protection (EPFCMC) solutions and services across a variety of
industries such as Oil & Gas; Energy & Power; Manufacturing & Mining; Petrochemical &
Refineries; Marine & Water; Cement & Chemical Infrastructures; Telecommunication;
Transportation; and Agriculture.
IPP is the Nigeria accredited and authorized distributor of ZINGAMETALL Bvba Sprl, the
manufacturer of ZINGA – a one component film galvanizing system with cathodic protection
containing 96% zinc in its dry film; a corrosion resistance metallic coating.
IPP has a pool of over 50 years of experience in its key personnel and directors who at different
times in the past served in different companies, different capabilities and in major oil & gas
projects undertaken both within and outside the shores of Nigeria. Our areas of core competence
covers – Steel and civil construction, fabrication, structural and mechanical installations, surface
treatments (blast cleaning, coating, painting, galvanizing – hot dip & cold), specialized welding,
Insulation and cladding, refractory linings, labor supply, marine services, procurement,
engineering and project management. IPP Engineering is grown from Integrated Parts Producers
Nigeria Limited which was incorporated in 1994. We are trusted for our Integrity, Professionalism,
Innovation and Quality Services.
IPP is the authorized distributor of ZINGA in Nigeria. ZINGA is a one component film
galvanizing system with cathodic protection containing 96% zinc (dust) in its dry film
manufactured by ZINGAMETALL Bvba Sprl of Belgium.

1.1. Our Locations and Office Facilities:
Administrative office: 14 Salvation Street, Off Total Gospel Avenue, Off Peter Odili Road,
Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Lagos Office: 14 Tiamiyu Lawal Street (Peace Estate), Ago 40, Aboru, Iyana Ipaja, Lagos.
Fabrication yard: Km 16 Port Harcourt/Aba Express way, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Our fabrication shop is a land-locked medium structures and it is accessible by oil field trucks. It
comprises of a fully equipped prefabrication workshop, painting shop, maintenance shop, material
store and offices. This facility is readily accessible by road and load – out of fabricated structures is
with relative ease.

ZINGA® - A Film Galvanizing System with Cathodic Protection
ZINGA is a superior protection metallic coating for extreme corrosion environments.
Our ZINGA® is the only product in the world combining the following qualities & advantages in
one product (as stand-alone system):
- One component (single pack), easy to apply (brush, roller, convent. or airless spray)
- Provides a full active cathodic protection and a passive coating barrier protection
- Can be defined as a film galvanizing system
- Contains 96% atomized zinc powder in the dry layer (vs. distilled zinc powder)
- Has a 99.995% purity grade
- Contains a minimum of 97% of metallic zinc
- Can be applied in environments up to 95% RH
- Is touch-dry in 10 minutes at 20°C

- Has an unlimited shelf life
- Can be indefinitely reloaded / recharged with fast & low cost surface preparation
- Has passed > 4200 hours of salt spray testing without any defect
- Has passed the ISO 12944-6 tests as stand-alone system with the following results:
At 120 µm DFT : C4-High and C5I/M-Medium
At 180 µm DFT : C4-High and C5I/M- High
- Passed NORSOK M501 tests at 120 µm DFT as stand-alone system (Syst. 1 & 7).
-Certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for contact with potable water.
- Goes with 20 years warranty at 180 µm DFT and a 10 years warranty at 120 µm DFT
(Subject to Zinga specifications & controlled surface preparation, application & maintenance)
ZINGA can be used as Stand Alone System; As Primer with Suitable Topcoats; As Shop Primer;
On Rebars; and Repair for Worn Damaged Hot-Dip Galvanizing or Hot Metal Spray.
1.6. Ancillary Services: 1. Procurement and Equipment Supply:
Our sound knowledge of the local and international market place makes it possible for us to easily source for materials for our projects and clients within the quickest time frame. We have alliances with some notable international manufacturers hence our ability to deliver these materials at a highly competitive rate.
2. Warehousing/ Material Control: We provide complete warehouse facility support for clients wishing to store their materials. Our packages range from covered to open warehouse facilities; material pick-up to delivery; Communication facility support.
3. Project Management/ Manpower Supply: Operators of IPP have managed effectively and completed a number of large and medium scale projects in the past, therefore IPP has all it takes to manage and deliver your projects ranging from medium to very large integrated structures. Our project management team is saddled with the responsibility of getting all key players on the project team; Manage task inter faces; Assures clear ID of task completion; Assures communication of task completion; Manage responsibility interfaces; Question blurry responsibilities; Clarify delegation levels; Balance the needs of project and client organization; Identify stakeholders and their definition of the project; Balance project objectives with other objectives; Act as a catalyst and when necessary, a devil’s advocate; Promote effective communication and wide participation in decision making.

industry and any other industry. Our area of core specialization remains fabrication and
construction of infrastructures, facility repairs and Upgrade.
Our Engineers and Technicians are highly skilled and have over the years developed effective
means of delivering well customized, world class and cost effective solutions to our clients
ensuring timely delivery and highest quality standards on every project undertaken. We have
executed a number of projects in various fields of Engineering and Fabrication. A list of our

5. HSES & Community Affairs
At IPP, we recognize our responsibilities in the areas of health, safety, environment, security and
community affairs as this forms an important aspect of our operations. We are therefore diligent
at all levels within the company towards achieving the best of standards with respect to
communities, safety, health, the environment and security. To this end, we actively continue to
restructure, maintain and apply our policies and procedures at all times ensuring that new areas
of safety issues are covered. This have resulted in our recording a near zero level injury rate and
environmental accidents.
The health and safety of our employees and all who might be affected by our operations is of
great importance to us. To this effect, we offer good environmental management solutions
through innovations and modern safety techniques.

While we are determined to deliver total cost effective solutions to our clients, we are committed
to ensuring that the quality of our services is never compromised. We have therefore,
implemented all necessary quality control procedures based on ISO 9001 international standard.
This is a step towards achieving ISO certification for the company. We are at the verge of calling
in an external QC auditor to assess these control procedures and its level of implementation
within the organization.
We are strongly confident that quality services enhances growth hence our absolute commitment
to total and effective quality management system. We are committed to delivering quality
services and products at all times therefore we are consistently improving on quality.
7. Local Content Implementation
IPP is a fully indigenous engineering and construction company incorporated, located and
operating in Nigeria.
In line with the policy of the Federal Government of Nigerian on Nigerian Local Content, our operations will continue to promote the utilisation of Nigerian personnel, goods and services, thus will always give priority to local source for these services provided they meet international standards. IPP also subcontracts where required to qualified indigenous contractors.
We ensure the achievement of about 90% Nigerian Local Content implementation in most of our operations.
8. Project History & Current Commitments
Integrated Parts Producers Nigeria Limited has completed quite a number of projects in the past for varied
clients. Some of these projects are listed below alongside some picture shots on each.
1. Fabrication and painting of 7 Nos. of 1200 BBL and 1 No. of 500 BBL of process tanks for Bariod-
Harlliburton. The contract was awarded in December, 2006
