■ Manage the cities and client external and internal networks and internet access from Layer 1-3■ Troubleshoot issues related to network and software aspects within all the cities departments.■ Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues regarding Exchange 2010. This includes mail flow issues,

both internal and external, mail archiving with Baracuda, and front end spam filtering with Postini.■ Assist in large scale projects for the city ■ Setup network monitoring with Cacti, as well as implemented a syslog server for all network traps and
