JOB PURPOSE
As a Head of the Department to manage the Human Resources Department efficiently and effectively to support and meet the business objectives of the Bank including development, implementation, improvement and administration of strategies, policies and programs covering all aspects of Human Resources Management.

JOB DESCRIPTIONKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Primary Responsibility (90%): 1. Ensure an appropriate level of Human Resources planning to meet the existing and anticipated
business needs of the bank. 2. Review existing Human Resources / Personnel policy of the Bank and recommend for the
amendment, if necessary.3. Develop compensation and benefit policy and practices to ensure that staffs are rewarded in line
with both general market practice and individual performance level.4. Implement a training and development system to ensure that appropriate development needs are
met on a timely and cost effective basis.5. Formulate succession plan for the key position and identify staff with potential to grow in future
and create a talent pool in the Bank.6. Develop and manage Performance Management Process (PMP) in the Bank. Provide advice and
support for performance management issues to mangers.7. Act as an internal HR Consultants to the line managers in managing people in their respective
department by providing HR Management tools and skills.8. Maintain up-to-date and relevant human resources database as appropriate.9. Maintain dialogue and a good working relationship with the Union.
B. Secondary Responsibility (10%): 1. Assist the Senior Management Team in identifying key high performing talent internally and
externally.2. Assist the Chief Executive Officer in the presentation of HR related issues to the Board3. Provide assistance to managers on staff counseling issues
