Goals BAM Infra
End 2018:
To become a global leader in BIM/digital
construction (across the whole lifecycle).
We will strongly develop our ability to
engage digital construction in every tender
and suitable project. We will increase and
secure the best possible project delivery,
have ourselves certified for the UK /
international BIM standard and educate our
employees in the use of BIM/Digital
Construction.
2017, strategic developments – digitalising business:
• Data analytics and data delivery towards client and stakeholders,
incl. plan-do-check-act-cyclus
• Improvement colaboration between disciplines (design, work
preparation, execution, maintenance) by use of 3D/4D BIM
models (simulations+commercial bids), incl. soil conditions
• BAM Infra is ISO/PAS1192 Certified, Common Data Environment
• Modular approach standard railway underpasses
• 5D-cash flow1 is implemented2 in 5 % of projects
• 50 % tier 1 supply chain partners is able to comply on
BIM/Digital Construction Standards
Cross OpCo cooperation (WP01-15)
Support projects (e.g. Tunnel Alliance, Femernbelttunnel etc.)
Utilising EBA Autodesk (e.g. BIM360)
Improvement of :
Tender success rate,
CUR & NIC factor projects

De praktijk
BIM @ OpenIJ – Structuren 2
16
Alle CMDB zijn getypeerd naar een objecttype uit OTL
CMDB objecten zijn gerelateerd aan documentatie
17
De praktijk
BIM @ OpenIJ – 3D model
18
PBS - codes in VISE en 3D model (instantiering
volgt nog)
BIM @ OpenIJ – Verzamelen data (ontwerp)
19
Decompositie vaststellen op basis van (3D) ontwerp
en validatie van ontwerpleiders
Ontwerpdocumentatie beoordelen voor leveren en
koppelen aan voornamelijk Beheerobjecten en
Elementen
Geometrie uit (3D) ontwerp exporteren naar GML
en koppelen aan objecten
BIM @ OpenIJ – Verzamelen data (uitvoering)
20
Per werkpakket vaststellen welke objecten worden
gerealiseerd
Per werkpakket vastgesteld welke documentatie
wordt verwacht
Aan WP gekoppelde documenten verder koppelen
aan objecten
Configuratie updaten na aanleiding van wijzigingen
BIM @ OpenIJ – Verzamelen data (Exploitatie)
21
PBS/CMDB-boom opnemen in OMS
Bijhouden CMDB vanuit OMS of VISE

ILS voor onderhoud – welke informatie
27
Informatiebehoefte voor onderhoud:
• Eigenschappen als materiaal, producttype (fabrikant), kleur,
afmeting, gewicht, reservedelen, aanlegdatum etc.
• Documenten als tekeningen, schema’s, berekeningen,
certificaten, productbladen, handleidingen,
onderhoudsconcepten, risicobeoordelingen, coating-plan.
• Prestaties
• Condities
• Historie
Verschillende behoeftes per discipline of
object: • Voor beton geen handleiding of aansluitschema benodigd, voor
installaties juist wel.
ILS voor onderhoud – structuur
28
Veel structuren mogelijk binnen de contracten:
• Eis-gericht: SBS welke voornamelijk is gebruikt voor eisen-
structurering. Ligt dicht bij het contract. Past goed bij
DB(F)M contracten
• Object-gericht: Boom welke gericht is op uitsplitsing
objecten naar onderdelen. Zoals NEN-2767
• Gebruik van een gezamenlijke objecttype-bibliotheek
(NEN-2767 gebaseerd) leidt standaardisatie.
ILS voor onderhoud – OTL BAM
Opzetten eigen ObjectTypeBibliotheek BAM
(OTB/OTL)
• Iedereen spreekt over dezelfde objecten: vergelijkingen
zijn makkelijker gemaakt, wat leidt tot beter kunnen
analyses en betere benchmarks.
• Mogelijkheid tot vastleggen en gebruiken standaard
eigenschappen, faalmodi, onderhoudsconcepten per
objecttype
• Kunnen aangeven van verwachtte documentatie en detail
niveau voor onderhoud op objectniveau
