This letter is to serve as a recommendation for David Pillen, who is applying foradmission to the Organizational and Human Resource Development graduateprogram here at Abilene Christian University. I have been fortunate to know Davidfor nearly two years and have found him to be a responsible and capable studentleader.
I have been blessed to know David on a personal level. I consider him to be astudent who embodies integrity and reliability, and who seeks to live out themission of ACU. I have also been able to observe David as a leader on campus. In hisservice as President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes he actively reflects theethics and attitudes of a Christian student leader. He is also an active member of theStudent-Athlete Advisory Committee. In his involvement he serves as the SAACNational Representative to the NCAA. I believe this reflects the respect and trust hispeers have in him. David is a proven leader. He is organized, detailed, and punctual.He is able to communicate expectations to his peers, and then help them toaccomplish them effectively.
