get an appliance repaired, or find time to take a faulty small appliances to the service
centers. So we offer a complete service solution. We register service complaints,
follow up to ensure the brand service engineers visit our customers’ house at a
convenient time, and also offer complementary pick-up & drop facility (we
collect the defective appliance from our customers’ residence/office, take it to the
service center and deliver it back to, once service is complete)

1. One-time payment: Customers can take up a subscription of
One Call for a period of one year. During this period, they can
use the One Call services any number of times
2. Pay-per-use: Customers also have the option of paying Rs
100/- every time they make use of any of the One Call services

Prerna Bhutani
CEO
Prerna, an MBA from IIM Lucknow, is
experienced in the field of Marketing, Retail &
