The Goal of productivity
The goal of productivity is not to do more, but to do less to achieve more. It is not to work harder but to work more deliberately or smarter.

to handle on our own.

Wake up with a positive attitude. Stop rushing. Know what you are doing. Pick the right location for your work. Break up your work into smaller pieces. Work as a team where possible Review your progress

Accountability. Manage the educators but avoid
micromanagement. Encourage, motivate, reward and
recognise. Reach out to educators by seeking
them out.
