A city planner, developer, or community member… 1) Starts by selecting a parcel 2) Enters basic project parameters: Total homes, stories, size, type (senior, family, studio)

3) The tool first shows what ITE Standards recommend.

4) The tool then shows the impact of a transit-rich location (proximity to jobs, transit, walking and biking infrastructure)
