Ingredients

1kg tomatoes

100g bread crumbs

2 garlic cloves

30g vinegar

1 spoon salt

150g olive oil

4 boiled eggs

150g serrano ham

Peel the tomatoes and blend them

Add vinegar,crumbs,garlic cloves,salt and bolied eggs yolks

Blend all the ingredients

Add the oil

Serve with serrano ham and clear boiled eggs
