Ingredients
1kg tomatoes
100g bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves
30g vinegar
1 spoon salt
150g olive oil
4 boiled eggs
150g serrano ham

Peel the tomatoes and blend them

Add vinegar,crumbs,garlic cloves,salt and bolied eggs yolks

Blend all the ingredients

Add the oil
5
Serve with serrano ham and clear boiled eggs
