- Guide all applicant especially when filling DSRB, you can create consultation space/DSRB filling after info session
- Print out/copy DSRB form questions to help applicant give best answer when they fill DSRB online

Don’t hold your applicant for too long, discuss with assessor team how you can ensure faster selection process. For example, you can create info session and embed it with selection and
announcement on the spot.
If you run Global Citizen and Global Leader at the same time, be careful! Differentiate your market
for Global Leader and Global Citizen. Don’t highlight too much for GL, you can do inbound
marketing for GL, tap eWa database etc.
Finishing all recruitment at September 20th so after this we can focus more in Global
Citizen and Global Talent, go approach your TM to discuss how to fasten all process.
