STARKDALE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OCTOBER 2012
Dear Starkdale Family,
I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to serve as your Youth Pastor here at Starkdale. We have had a blast
so far here and you have been so kind to us we truly look forward to working with you for years to come. I have a
couple of new girls who will be attending the youth ministry through a contact I made at the Ministerial Meeting at
Starkdale last week and my kids will be inviting some friends from school to our kick-off event so we already have
the wheels turning on the ministry here. I will be starting a teaching series on “Top Questions Teens Ask…” and I
strongly encourage all of the youth, grades 5-12, to invite your friends to the meetings on Sunday evenings from
6:00-7:15. Food will be provided as well as games and solid/relevant Bible teaching. Here are a few exciting up-
coming events that the youth ministry has planned for this fall.

Thank you thank you thank you!!!
There are a few people in the Starkdale congregation who never
want, ask for, or expect recognition but so deserve it for all their hard
work. Throughout the weeks of renovation with new flooring being
installed, the move of the choir room, the renovation of that room for
Pastor Bobbyjon’s office, cleaning, tidying, drilling, pounding, etc.,
etc., Bob Burns, Dave Daily, Pat Daily, and Wayne Hackathorne
have labored tirelessly and always with a smile on their face! We
heartily thank these members for their work for all of us and ulti-
mately for the Lord. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!!
Looking forward:
