Chinese American Abacus Associationwas established in 1996 as a federally
registered 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. Its charter objectives are topromote and spread abacus and mental arithmetic education and cultureand to actively participate in community and school cultural activitiesand abacus and mental arithmetic teaching conferences.
CAAA conducts annual Abacus and Mental Arithmetic assessmenttests for students to evaluate their progress and achievement.
CAAA endeavors to share knowledge through teacher trainingsessions and annual conferences.
CAAA promotes abacus, mental arithmetic and math learning invarious community and school events. CAAA also attendsinternational Abacus and Mental Arithmetic activities andcompetitions.
We are setting the bar for abacus and mental arithmetic educationand activities. Our students are the motivating force behind ourmission of constant advancement.
CAAA has chapters in Northern California, Southern California, theMidwest, and the East Coast.
