During this DOT pipeline replacement on 36" Line 69, a single line system, between Glen Karn to Lebanon stations, TE has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances on Line 69 between Gas City to Lebanon. As a result, TE requires all delivery point operators on Line 69 between Gas City to Lebanon to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. All receipt point operators on Line 69 between Gas City to Lebanon are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.

Furthermore, TE requests that customers/point operators on Line 69 between Gas City to Lebanon be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels.

Additionally, TE requires all Power Plant Operators on Line 69 between Gas City to Lebanon to provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698. Information required includes the hourly consumption profile of directly connected power generation facilities.

Texas Eastern DOT Pipeline Integrity Project

TE will be conducting, as part of its ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, in-line inspection tool runs at various locations throughout the Texas Eastern pipeline system. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. Listed below are the pipeline segments scheduled for inspection this year. Each segment will have a caliper tool run, and an ILI tool run. Also listed below are the dates of a possible investigation as a result of the in-line inspection.

70063 - HUNTINGBURG, IN

During this outage, customers delivering to meters located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Oakland City compressor stations will have to source gas from receipts located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Oakland City compressor stations to avoid potential restrictions.

Additionally, depending on the level of nominations during this outage, the following restrictions will be required:

A.Nominations sourced between Longview and Oakland City Stations for delivery north of Oakland City Station are anticipated for interruptible, secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Restrictions to primary firm nominations are not anticipated at this time.

B.Nominations sourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30" and M3 for delivery between North Little Rock and Oakland City Stations are anticipated for interruptible, secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Restrictions to primary firm nominations are not anticipated at this time.

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting a pipeline outage on 26" Line 3 between Somerset and Summerfield compressor stations. During this outage, capacity south through Summerfield will be reduced to 0 Dth/d flow.

Additionally, any gas sourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Sarahsville on the M2-24 for delivery south of Sarahsville to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between Longview and N. Little Rock will be restricted. Restrictions are required for interruptible, secondary firm services and primary firm services.

Glen Karn to Lebanon 36" Line 69 (V/S 2): April 25 - April 28

TE will be conducting a DOT pipe replacement on 36" Line 69, a single line system, between Glen Karn to Lebanon stations. During this work, the following meter will be unavailable for flow:

72906 - DAYTON PWR. & LT. -CASTINE, OH

Additionally, depending on the level of nominations during this outage, the following restrictions will be required

Additionally, any gas sourced between Gas City to Glen Karn for delivery outside Gas City to Glen Karn will be restricted. Depending on the level of nominated quantities, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary firm services and primary firm services.

Five Points Compressor Station: April 25 - May 5

TE will be conducting compressor station outage at its Five Points Compressor Station. During this outage, capacity through Five Points will be reduced to approximately 584,000 Dth /d for nominationssourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30" and M3 for delivery south of Five Points compressor station.
