Change Location
This is unexplainable, but has worked several times in the past.
1. On the bank’s main webpage go to Current Location and hover over your location. 2. From the drop down box, select another branch (Note: it must be a branch of your bank)
These locations are interchangeable: Luverne – Pipestone Brownsdale/Sargeant – Austin Fairmont – St. Paul Grand Meadow/Racine – Stewartville LeSueur – Cannon Falls (FF&M)
3. Log in to Internet Banking and register your computer. 4. Close out of FireFox. Reopen and try it again. 5. If it saved your registration you may change back to your correct branch under Current
Location. 6. If that did not fix the issue, you may try another browser. Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome are
other popular browsers that are supported. Or you may consult with a computer technician to determine if there may be other software on your computer which may be getting in the way of Internet Banking saving cookies to your computer.
