THE ELEMENTS AND INGREDIENTS USED TO PREPARE THE MATE ARE: WATER CONTAINER CALLED “TERMO”, A STRAW CALLED “BOMBILLA”, A WOODEN CONTAINER CALLED “PORONGO”, YERBA MATE, HOT WATER AND SOMETIMES SUGAR.

WE USUALLY HAVE IT WHEN IT IS COLD.

Asado is a tradition in Argentinian from long ago with the “CHAMAME” . It originated in the country

where Argentinian gauchos made it popular.

Asado is very delicious when you prepare it yourself. We eat the asado in family with relatives (uncles, cousins, grandparents) or friends, as in parties, birthdays, meetings, etc.
