To celebrate World Book Day we had a

Literary Clue Game for a bit of fun.

Thank you to Kristian and Oisin for

hiding posters all over the school!

Five pupils won a £10 voucher for solving the Literary Clue Game:.

Year 8 decided what the prizes would be.

Well Done!

BBC 500 Words Competition

Well done to everyone who took part in this year’s 500 words short story competition.

This year we had a record number of entries!

Entrants will find out in early April if they have been long-listed from the first round of

marking and the top 25 in the 10-13 category will be notified in May.

The top 25 from age 10-13 will be invited to attend the 500 words final in London on

Friday 16th June which will be broadcast live on the Chris Evan’s Breakfast Show on Radio 2.

Good Luck everyone!
