He has such a natural $ay ofencouraging trainees $hile also gently challenging their ad!ancement. 6ser!ing *eiJen touchthe most hard to reach students is an in!alua6le training eperience. *eiJen also mentors ne$staff mem6ers and $elcomes them $ith lo!e, acceptance, and $armth. He is committed to

training other staff in group therapy and shares his $isdom and compassion generously.

Despite all of these accomplishments, *eiJen7s greatest contri6ution is $ho he is as a person,and ho$ his spirit impacts e!ery student, parent, faculty and staff mem6er he encounters.
