Beurteilungsgröße ist

• bei Gebäuden die Schwinggeschwindigkeit und die Frequenz,

• bei Menschen die Schwingstärke KBF, sie wird berechnet aus der

frequenz- und zeitbewerteten Schwinggeschwindigkeit.

Das Beurteilungsergebnis ist abhängig von:

• der maximalen Schwingungseinwirkung,

• der Dauer der Schwingungs-

einwirkung bezogen auf die

Beurteilungszeiträume

Tag und Nacht.

Ziel: Anhaltswerte, bei deren Einhaltung Schäden im Sinne einer Verminderung des Gebrauchswertes nicht eintreten.

Anwendungsbereich: Bauliche Anlagen, die für vorwiegend ruhende Beanspruchung bemessen sind.

Schadenstypen: Risse in Putz, Wänden, Fenstern oder Decken. Verminderung der Tragfähigkeit von Decken. Beeinträchtigung der Standsicherheit des Gebäudes.

Beurteilungsgrößen: Maximale Schwinggeschwindigkeit und Frequenz.
