The user Profile for this investigation is a person from 20 to 60 year old that is in the go (from house to the office or moves around throw the city) and needs to get hydrated and buys bottled water.
Is a user that can feels inconvenience buying so many plastic bottles because they feel they are contaminating the environment.

The result of the survey
Only 3 out of 10 of the surveyed stated that they drink tap water.
The main reasons for buying bottled water were that they perceive bottled
water as: healthier, purer, tastier, smelling better and because of habits.

I don’t drink tap water, I think the tap water is not very bad, but not good. I buy about 2 bottled of 50cl water per day. I don’t use jug to drink water, and I would reuse the plastic bottle to refill water because it is cheaper and recycle, is good for environment.

One of them drink tap water, but the other no. Because of the location. One is living in north of Barcelona and the other living in South of Barcelona. Tap water from the north of Barcelona is cleaner. Both of them don’t use jug to drink water because they are lazy to carry the container on the way. They will also reuse the plastic bottle to refill water. Because it is cheaper and recycle. One like “flavor water” but the other don’t because he think that water is normal.

Yi - Ling is a very healthy Person, She likes to get her food in organic places preferably, and has water with her all the time, She is very concerned that by consuming bottled water she is contaminating to the environment but she doesn't refill the small bottles more than one time because she found out that plastic bottles contaminated the water after some time.
