Drive Systems started its operations in year 1999 from its Noida facility; this plant is located in Greater Noida on 15 acres of land (60,000 sqm) having 32,860 sqm covered area with fully capitalized power (6875 KVA PLC controlled generators) and is specialized in production of gears, shafts, synchronizer assemblies and crown wheel & pinion for agricultural tractors, construction equipment, com-mercial vehicles and other off-highway applications. The facility is equipped with advanced technologies for crown wheel & pinions (Gleason face milling and Face Hobbing) and Electron Beam Welding (EBW) technology. The facility has state of the art heat treatment capabilities and fully robotic Continuous Type Gas Carbu-rising Furnace (CGCF). The plant is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO/TS 16949:2009 facility.
In April 2015, Drive Systems inaugurated its third Indian plant in Sanand, in the state of Gujarat, a hub for the automotive industry.The new plant is spread across 35 acres with wide range of products from differentials for hybrid & electric vehicles to assemblies for full and final transmissions as CVT transmission for agricultural tractors, transaxles for leisure vehi-cles and axles for wheeled loader & other on/off-road applications. The facility is awarded with Gold Certificate by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The plant is an ISO 9001:2008 facility.
Drive Systems started its operations in Belgaum in year 2000 by overta-king the Atlas Gears Private Limited; the plant is located on 62,000 sqm of land out of which the covered area is 27,592 sqm and is specialized in gears, ring gears, shafts & planetary assemblies. The facility houses advanced technologies for broaching, profile grinding and dry hobbing. It has robotic cells and operations and is equipped with state of the art heat treatment & paint shop facility.The plant is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO/TS 16949:2009 facility.
