Training day activities included presentations done by the clinical staff and the residents. Difficult cases were evaluated by the whole clinic in the meeting room. Cases were presented by the resident and discussed with the seniors.

We prepared powerpoint presentations every week about different subjects in orthopedic surgery. Each resident prepared 10 presentations each year. Each resident presented 20 journal articles every year.

In addition to these we attended monthly regional meetings with other hospitals.
