Component B (powder) must be dissolved in fresh and clean tap water using a wooden or stainless steel stirrer directly before processing

Component B is replenished with water until the fill level equals component A

The mixed components should be processed immediately using the 2-component high pressure pump DYWI® Inject 8097 Type GELE at a mixing ratio of 1:1 parts by volume

DYWI® Inject Packer and Accessories

Introduction

Static mixers assure an optimum mixing of the components. The connection to a packer or injection lance is accomplished by a threaded connection.

Injection packers are used for the targeted injection of resins and gels into the foundation.

Injection hose systems are used for sealing of construction joints in concrete.

Fields of Application

 Mechanical packer for grouting structures

Inflatable packer for grouting rock and soil

DYWI® Inject SEAL injection hose system for sealing of construction joints in combination with the DSI Waterproofing System

System Components

 Mixing tube with static mixer

 Threaded connection

Injection lance: conventional tube lance or DYWI® Drill Injection Lance

 Injection packer

Multiple injection hose system: cement injection

Single-use injection hose system: resin injection (PURE and GELE)

Main Advantages

Safe and neat injection into the ground

 Targeted grouting

System Description

Mixing tube: optimum homogenization of components

Mechanical packer: mechanical tensioning in the structure, extension by metal or plastic injection lances

Inflatable packer: tensioning by the injection medium at a defined pressure, extension via conventional injection lances or DYWI® Drill Injection Lances

DYWI® Inject Packer and Accessories

Installation Procedure

Mechanical packers for grouting structures are anchored in the borehole by screwing, firmly pressing the fabric reinforced rubber sleeves to the borehole wall

This procedure ensures that the packer remains in the borehole even at high injection pressures. Smaller deviations in terms of borehole shapes or borehole diameters are compensated to prevent material from emerging out of the borehole

Inflatable packers for deep boreholes automatically tension in the borehole at an opening pressure of approximately 30-40 [bar]
