Founder of K2k4 concept was happy to share the project Kapil Mitra, Advocate K2k4~Art on Postcards wherein Senior Citizens will not only enhance their memory, health, peace, social connectivity but also earnings by writing two postcards daily. In the gathering of 21 Senior Citizens, he demonstrated a technique to memorize mobile number of President Mr. J. R. Gupta 98-104-880-59. Common series of starting mobile numbers is 98. Then 104 can be memorized as four pillars of our life Dharm-Arth-Kaam-Moksh. 880 is double of high voltage 440 and he said Mr. J. R. Gupta has double the energy than the high voltage of 440. And the last two digits 59 are the sign of his being young i.e. consider he is one year younger than the age of being Senior Citizens. He made it so easy that within 30 seconds all the members memorized Mr. J.R.Gupta’s number. He stressed on better bonding and better relationship with better memory. He has invited applications from Senior Citizens for the project K2k4~Art on Postcards and guaranteed increment in quality of life by balancing 5 planes of life i.e. Spiritual-Mental-Physical-Social Emotional & Material (Sva-Smriti-Shakti-Samanvay-Sampada) . He encouraged Sr. Citizens to stay up-to-date by regularly using Facebook, Whatasapp, Google, Gmail and Digital Wallets. Thumb rule to wisely divide 24 hours of a day was shared : 8 hours sleep , 2 hours each for 5 planes, 2 hours learning, 2 hours teaching and remaining 2 hours to do K2k4 Audit of the day. His client M/s Sycoriaan Matrimonials is supporting and facilitating his noble mission. He is a die hard Patriot who starts his communication with Vandematrm ! and concludes with Jai Hind ! He donates blood every three months religiously and till date he has donated blood 95 times. He has started tree plantation project with the name Tree-Ni-Tea; he filed a case on behalf of a tree and on the very first date the matter was resolved and he gave the compensation amount of Rs. 15000/- to an NGO working for environment. He is a memory trainer and entrepreneurship consultants. Through K2k4 he wants everyone to optimally give time and space to one’s Hobbies, Talents & Social Work. SPECIAL PROGRAMES AT DEER PARK & RECREATIN CENTRE

Special Satsang at Deer Park on 26/02/2017 morning

Annual Day of Sadbhawna Satsang - Munirka

Senior Citizens Council of Delhi organized a Special Satsang by Maha Mandleshwar Swami Nityanand Saraswati ji Maharaj of Haridwar at Deer Park on 26/02/2017 morning in which more than 250 senior citizens participated. Swami ji mainely spoke about day to day life of senior citizens. He further advised them to adjust with younger generation in their houses to maintain peace and harmony. He also advised them not to transfer their properties during lifetime so that their children look after them properly during their fag end. The elders also respect the wishes of their children and at the same time, younger generation should also respect their elders. He appreciated various daily activities being organized by the Council headed by its President for the cause & care of elderly including protection of lonely senior citizens from abuses/humiliations at the hands of their children and others. He gave an example of Mrs. Balvinder Kaur, widow who was rescued recently by Council from Arjun Nagar, where she was living in Tin Shed at terrace of the house without any electricity and shifted to Old Age Home where she is now living happily and peacefully. - A report by : L.R Garg, Secretary
