ABOUT WATER TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICE DIVISION
Water Technologies and Service Division is a part of the Mirrico Group. The division was formed in 2018 by merging one of the business units of the Mirrico Group specializing in water circulation systems with the United Water Technologies Research Center (proprietary patented water purification technologies).

Application: reduction saspended matters and colloid-dispersed pollutants in water.
Filtration medium: proprietary solution by the Water Technologies and Service Division: INERT polymer load.
Solution features:• high quality purified water (same as ultrafiltration) regardless of the source
water quality;• low water consumption for own needs (filter flushing) — under 5 %; • long service life of INERT load — about 20 years; • long service life of equipment — over 30 years; • equipment dimensions are 30 – 50 % less than pressure filters with granular loading
and ultrafiltration modules;• ease of INERT flushing (compressed air and water instead of acid and alkali washes); • ease of operation (does not require highly qualified personnel); • wide load range (10–110 %).

Application: reduction of overall hardness of treated water and demineraliztion or deep demineralization.
Filtration media: counterflow sodium-cation exchanger: layered (bottom-up): hydro-antracite, cation exchanger, INERT DC and INERT. ОН-anion filter: layered (bottom-up): highly basic anion exchanger, weakly basic anion exchanger, INERT. The lower sphere is filled with chemically resistant concrete. Hydrogen-cation exchanger: layered (bottom-up): cation exchanger, INERT DC, INERT. The lower sphere is filled with chemically resistant concrete.
Solution features:• high quality demineralized water (electrical conductivity is less than 2 µS/cm, sodium
content is less than 100 µg/dm³, silica acid is less than 100 µg/dm³); • low alkali consumption for regeneration (less than 60 g of sodium hydroxide
per 1 g-equivalent of anion exchangers); • low acid consumption for regeneration (sulfuric acid consumption: 60–100 g
per 1 g-equivalent of cations removed); • high filtration rate (about 30– 40 m/h) significantly reducing the number of installed
equipment and feed volume; • wide capacity range: linear velocity is 5 – 40 m/h;• increased filtration cycle period due to maximum filtration medium load; • possibility of using both national and foreign cation and anion exchangers; • no need to regenerate the resin to clean from suspended impurities and debris due
to the inbuilt washing device.

SCIMOL WS corrosion inhibitors
Composition of organic and inorganic substances.
Application:corrosion inhibitors for steel, copper and brass as well as polymer dispersants to prevent fouling in closed and open water cooling systems.
ATREN BD biodispersants
Aqueous solutions of surfactants.
Application:destruction and removal of biological and hydrocarbon film from the surfaces of processing equipment and pipelines in water cooling systems, prevention the growth of anaerobic bacteria. Increasing the efficiency of biocides.
DESCUM-2 scale inhibitors
Aqueous solutions containing organic phosphonic acids, polymer components, special technological additives as active components.
Application:prevention of carbonate, sulphate, ferrous, phosphate and other deposits on the internal surfaces of water-cooled equipment. Softening and washing of old scale deposits.
ATREN Bio biocides
A line of oxidising and non-oxidising biocides.
Application:control of microbiological activity in water treatment.

Application: removal of suspended solids, petroleum products and other contaminants of wastewater and circulating water. Preliminary purification of water in water treatment processes. Thickening and dewatering processes of industrial and municipal sludge, in coal, ore and mineral beneficiation processes.
SEDICS complex action chemicals
Composition of organic and inorganic substances.
Application:complex corrosion and scale inhibitors for water cooling systems.
SEURVEY FL flocculants
Powdered and liquid water-soluble polyelectrolytes with different charge density and molecular weight.
Application:purification of wastewater and circulating water, thickening and dewatering of sludge, coal, ore, mineral beneficiation. Increasing productivity of horizontal and radial settling tanks, flotation, filtering and other equipment units. Drinking water treatment and purification.
UNICOL flotation agents (C and F grades)
Complex chemicals for coal flotation, containing foaming and collecting agents.
Application:flotation of all types of coal: fat, gas, coke, lean and anthracite. C grade UNICOL demonstrates strong collecting agent properties, while F grade UNICOL demonstrates strong foaming agent properties. If necessary, the chemicals are mixed in any ratio, thereby achieving a synergistic effect. They form a stable foam with good dewatering properties. The chemicals act selectively throughout the whole spectrum of particle sizes in the pulp.
