1997白山文化博物館開設Hakusan Culture Museum was established

2015第3回日本ユネスコエコパークネットワーク大会＠志賀高原BRー日本ユネスコエコパークネットワーク（JBRN）の再編ー第14回東アジア生物圏保存地域ネットワーク会議を併催Third meeting of the JBRN was held jointly with the 14th EABRN meeting in Shiga Highland BR. The JBRN has reborn into an or-ganization lead by the BRs
