Go to AVA website and select AVA e-services under Services tab

Click ‘Inspection & Laboratory e-Services’

Log in with respective user name and password then click ‘Sign In’ icon

Click ‘Inspection Appointment Booking’

Select ‘Myself’ for personal or ‘Authorised company’ for

agents/traders. Scroll the drag down list and select respective

company then click ‘OK’

For ‘Myself’, select the respective type of inspection in the drag

down list and click ‘Next’

For ‘Authorised company’, select the respective type of inspection

in the drag down list and click ‘Next’

Read the instructions and fill in the required fields

Ensure to fill in a valid AVA permit

Review all details and click ‘Next’

Click ‘Submit’

Take note of the Appointment Application number

Click ‘Appointment Booking & Result Enquiry’ under My Applications and

select ‘Myself’ or ‘Authorised Company’

Enter ‘Inspection Date Range’ and click ‘Search’

Select respective Appointment Application number

For AMENDMENTS, enter the confirmed inspection details and click

‘Next’ then submit

Acknowledgement message will be prompted after amendment

To CANCEL appointment, tick the ‘Cancel’ box and enter reason for

cancellation. Click ‘Next’ then ‘Save’.

Acknowledgement message will be prompted after cancellation.
