OVERVIEW

Project Goal: To leverage eLearning and enhanced

life skills training to rapidly scale up the quantity

and quality of Zambia youth trained, and

subsequently employed, as nurses and midwifes

Project Duration and Impact: Over 5 years, 6000

qualified high school graduates will be trained

Need to use practical tools in addressing real life situations of rural youth, avoid too much theory
