Another technique is to slowly count backwards from 10 to 1. As you do, imagine that you're descending a staircase and each step down takes you to a deeper

level of relaxation.

Once you've reached a peaceful state of mind, you might still

find a myriad of random thoughts entering your

consciousness. Just let them and imagine them floating by.

Strive to offer no thoughts. As you notice your mind thinking

about something, simply release the thought.

Imagine yourself staring at a beautiful blue sky. Or, picture a giant white screen right in front

of you with nothing on it but blank space.

Whenever you catch your mind

thinking about something – anything – return to the blank screen. Offer no thoughts and you offer no resistance, raising

your vibration by default.

Now play a movie on the screen featuring you in possession of

your goal. Make it vibrant, exciting and alive, with you playing the starring role.
