According to a survey we made, most of the people in our community have acceptable eating habits; however they could have an even healthier life. Our survey consisted of six questions; we had eleven people answer the questions. Most of the results showed good eating habits. Only 12% of the answers showed low/bad eating habits.

The first question was “How many times per week do you eat fruit?”. The answers were “None: 1

person, 1 to 2: 2 persons, 3 to 4: 4 persons and more than 5: 4 persons. We think that 46% have good eating habits because they eat more than 5 fruits, which is the estimate to have a healthy life. But the other 46% of people just eat 3 to 4 fruits, which is acceptable. The 18% of the people eat jus 1 to 2, which is very unhealthy. Finally 10% of the people don’t eat fruits, which is very bad for your body because fruits have vitamins that your body needs.

The second question was: “How many times do you eat fast food in a weekend?” the results were “None: 9 people, 1 to 2: 1 people, 3 to 4: 1 people and more than 5: 0.” We thought that 80 % of the people have well eating habits because isn’t okay to eat too much food, because it increases the risk of having a heart disease or other diseases. 10% of the people have acceptable eating habits because it’s ok to eat 1 time in the week fast food. The other 10% of the people don’t have good eating habits because eat too much of it is bad for your body. 0% of the people eat more than 5 tine fast food, which is very good, that way people may not suffer obesity.

The third question was: “How many glasses of water do you drink in a week?” The results were: “3 to 4: 1 person, 4 to 5: 1 person, 5 to 6: 5 persons and more than 6: 6 people” We thought that 10% of the people don’t drink the minimum amount of glasses of water that it’s needed. 10% of the people don’t drink the minimum glasses of water. 36% of the people drink an acceptable amount of water. 45% of the people drink more than 6 glasses of water, which is the recommendable.

The fourth question was: “How much meat do you eat in a week?” The results were: “None: 1 person, 1 to 2: 1 person, 2 to 3: 3 persons, 3 to 4: 2 persons and more than 5: 4 persons.” The 10 % of the people don’t eat meat which is bad because the meat is made up of amino acids that are very good for your body, plant don’t have so many amino acids that your body needs. 10% of the people eat a less t of the minimum. 27% of the people eat a half of the established. 18% of the people eat an acceptable amount of meat that is established. Finally, 36% of the people eat the perfect amount of meat that your body needs.

The fifth question was: “How many calories do you eat daily?” The results were: “1000 to 1200: 1 person, 1200 to 1600: 0, 1600 to 2000: 5 persons, 2000 to 2500: 3 persons and more than 2500: 2 persons.” 10 % of the people don’t eat the minimum of calories that your body needs, so they are weak in the day. 45% of the persons eat 1600 to 2000 cal. is not bad but the average is 2000 to 2500. 27% of the people eat the perfect amount of calories so you are active all day long. 18% of the people eat more than 2500 is a little bit bad but if you eat too much you are going to have high blood pressure.

The sixth question was: “How many times do you exercise in a week?” The results were: “1: 2 persons, 2: 4 persons, 3: 0, 4: 3 persons, more than 5: 2 persons” 18% of the people just exercise q time a week which is not okay, because if you are growing up you need to do that so you can grow up. 36% of the people exercise 2 times a week, which is not okay because when you exercise you eject toxins. 27% of the people exercise 4 times which is good. Finally, 18% of the people exercise more than 5 times which is perfect.

Finally, in our community people have good eating habits. This is because they know what is

good for their body. Also people exercise the estimate amount of time. People aren’t obese because even though of the publicity of the people that sell fast food they don’t eat too much of it. In conclusion, people in our community had good eating habits.
