My Account eBoll/ePolicy Enrollment and Un-enrollment

EBILL/EPOLICY ENROLLMENT AND UN-ENROLLMENT JOB AID

Purpose: This job aid will help guide the customers through the steps enrolling and unenrolling from eBill and ePolicy.

When: Use this job aid whenever you need to tell the customer how to enroll and unenroll from eBill and ePolicy on My Account.

Materials: This job aid and access to My Account.

Steps Looks Like This

1. Go to https://myaccount.allstate.com/anon/login/login.aspx?returnurl=https%3A//myaccount.allstate.com/

2. Type the User Id and Password if you have an account or the click Register Now if you don’t have an account.

The My Account application opens.

Note: This jobs aid assumes that customer has an account already.

Steps Looks Like This

3. Click the Manage eBill/ePolicy from the I want to dropdown from the Home tab.

4. Enrollment or Un-enrollment

If Then

Enrolling Go to step 5

Un-enrolling Go to Step 13

5. Click the check box next to the Policy to enroll in eBill or ePolicy.

6. Select an email address or create a new email address

7. Click the Next button.

Note: In this job aid we are showing ePolicy as the example for the enroll option, but eBill works the same.

Note: when you click the Enroll check box the email dropdown shows at the bottom of the check box.

Note: When clicking in the dropdown you can see the Create New.

8. Check Yes, I agree to terms

9. Click the Submit button.

Note: you might need to scroll down to see the check box. The GREEN content means the service(s) you enrolled.

10. Verify the Your Changes Have Been Submitted Overlay.

11. Click the Close button or you can print for your records by clicking in the Printer Friendly Version link.

12. Verify that the status Enrolled is displayed for the policies enrolled in the eBill/ePolicy service.

Note: Pending status will appear w/o email address between their enrollment request and successful completion.

13. Un-check the check box next to the Policy to un-enroll in eBill or ePolicy.

14. Click the Next button.

Note: In this job aid we are showing eBill as the example for the un-enroll option, but Policy works the same.

15. Verify your eBill/ePolicy changes.

Note: The RED content means the service(s) you un-enrolled.

16. Verify that the status Enroll is displayed for the policies un-enrolled in the eBill/ePolicy service.

17. Make sure you receive the eBill/ePolicy enrollment or un-enrollment email.
