2. Single Sign On via GWeb Info System for Students Click gweb info system From the webpage my.gwu.edu 2 3. Enter in GWID and PIN Then click Login 3 4. Click the Student Records and Registration Menu Tab 4 Welcome to the WWW Information System! Last web access on 10/02/12 at 03:59 pm 5. Click the TaskStream link 5 6. Click the LAT by TaskStream link if an additional slide opens after clicking this link, please select the LAT platform 6 7. First Time Users Please read the TaskStream User Agreement and click Accept to continue 7 8. Initial Taskstream Platform Access: As a first time user accessing the Taskstream platform, students will be asked to enter contact information and personalize your Taskstream password. 8 9. 9 Alternate way to log in to Taskstream www.taskstream.com Enter in username and password Then click Login 10. Forgot Login Information? 10 Click Forgot Login? 11. Forgot Login Information? Cont.: 11 12. TS Home Page for Students 12 Click to enter the DRF (Direct Response Folio) TS Mentoring services contact information 13. 13 ECSE Folio Welcome Page 14. 14 The Work tab is where students can find information about assessments and submit work The highlighted section shows the level you are currently viewing Work Tab 15. 15 Viewing Assessments This section displays an overview of the assessment on the right side of the panel This section displays directions and evaluation method (rubric) on the right side of the panel 16. 16 By clicking the Directions tab, you can view the instructions for the assignment To open the rubric, click on the View Rubric link Working on Assessments By clicking the Evaluation Method tab, you can view the rubric 17. A new window with the Rubric will open 17 To export rubric to Microsoft Word, click Export to Word. 18. Adding Attachments 18 To upload an assignment, select Attachments from the tool bar below 19. 19 Once file is added, you can click Save and Return Then click Add File To add a New Attachment, select and name file Uploading an Attachment 20. 20 To add text and image, select the Text & Image button Other Ways to Upload Work 21. Adding Text Once you are satisfied with work, click save and return link to exit page. To add a photo, click on the Add an Image to your text section link Type or copy and paste text here. Click save draft link periodically to prevent lost work. 21 22. 22 To add an image, select and title file. Preview image here and make size and placement changes if needed. When done, click Save and Return. Uploading an Image 23. 23 Once your assignment is uploaded - Click the Submit Work button Submitting Your Work for Evaluation 24. 24 A screen will pop up asking if you are sure you want to submit your work for evaluation. You can also add optional comments for you evaluator. When done, click Yes-Submit My Work Submitting Work Cont.: 25. Seeing Scored Work 25 Click on the Scores/Results tab to view your rubric scores and results 26. Viewing Results/Scores: View your assessment result View History/Comments from faculty 26 You can Edit and Submit work from this tab A time stamp will appear when work is submitted. You can also cancel your submission if the instructor has not begun the evaluation. 27. Thank you!
