    Cross aerobic trainers.

    Ladies Fitness Club provides a floating foam floor for a variety of aerobic, step, muscleconditioning and yoga classes.

    The club also has a child care center to serve clients that would otherwise be unable to workoutif they cannot find a babysitter, or be able to workout without the stress of watching overchildren.

    SECTION 6: INSURANCE

    InsuranceThis would be considered commercial insurance . If you are having Physical Therapy in the gym youwill need to have slightly different insurance. Call a big name company and tell them you want aquote for commercial insurance. They will ask you a bunch of question about the type business andthe amount of risk. They will tell you that you need to have all of your clients sign releases not to sueyou in the case of an accident. They will make you do all kinds of things to ensure that the facility isproper working condition and that is meets safety standards. Then they will give you a price.

    It won't be cheap. Probably a few thousand a year at least but commercial insurance takes intoaccount such a wide range of factors that it is difficult to give an estimate without a lot more info.

    Getting the proper insurance. Having insurance to insure the actual structure and business

    entity is essential due to the litigious society in which we live. Remembering that it isnecessary to obtain insurance even if people who join your gym place sign a membershipcontract releasing the gym business from liability.

    So it will be in an around $30,00,000 insurance on the gym equipment.

    Noida is a city on the move. The population has grown by 10% each year for the past three

    years. The current population of is 6,00,000.

    Most importantly, the growth has been fueled by the increased employment in the city'shigh-tech companies. This has attracted a type of professional that is the target customerfor the Ladies Only Fitness. The women we are targeting are looking for a different typeof fitness club experience. At Ladies Only Fitness, they will be the total focus of our staff.

    Another target group is young mothers who are looking for a club that will fit their needsand keep their children close. Ladies Only Fitness has designed the facility so that thechild care center can be seen by anyone working in the main exercise room.     Once the Fitness club will be well established we will open franchises over many cities andoutlets. The profit that we will generate we will try to acquire other gyms that are goin inloses. Then modify them and move on with making a franchise.

    The fitness Club is also planing in near future to work togethr with the various beautycontests and also with the hospitals in and around Noida.

    The Accounts department and Operation department is well efficient enough to handlemany problem. We also have money deposits that will help in the time when we face anyfinancial crisis.

    Mr. J. Negi will be the operations manager and lead trainer for Ladies Fitness Club. Mr. J.Negi has been a fixture in the Mapleton fitness community for the past fifteen years. Hehas been the manager of both the Mapleton Athletic Club (three years) and the Maximum

    Fitness Club (four years).

    His reputation as an effective staff supervisor is excellent. At both the Athletic Club andMaximum, membership increased by 15% each year under Joan's supervision..

    6.1 Personnel Plan

    The following is the personnel plan for Ladies Only Fitness:

    Operations manager/lead trainer; Physiotherapist (1);
