She called me and told me a similar story back in the end of 2011 first of 2012. she came back in 2011 she had to have my help and I was the only guy that could help CD, she was in Florida and said the FBI was following her, she said her phone was bugged and what I would say to you I want the FBI to hear., there is no conspiracy here and this went on and off for about 5 – 6 months She kept saying I need to get the money and she was trying to get me sucked into to the case for pro Bono, she told me it was a huge deal and the FBI was out to get Charles and pretty wild I finally concluded she was a lunatic, everyone was after me, my phone tapped and one day I get a call he was working with deb swan and wants to help this brother of his, and to make a long story short I told him someone had to sign and pay the retainer and deb swan hired me, deb swan moved immediately into my world wanted to start on the investigation, I told her to back off. a month has gone by and by this time I got to know Charles mother and he was the primary and he was doing m we tried to get Deborah swan to send all the facts of the case ,he had already gotten the gun charge all she would send us was videos and stuff we did not really need, on conspiracy and how the FBI set Charles up and how they were trying to get him. Then one Friday she caught me when I was trying to leave the office, and I said hey Debbie how are you, she kept saying hello and got madder and madder and she was having a break down you S O B your not going to hang up on me and then click, then I tried to call her back that weekend and no answer, I called the lead investigator and told him that she is n longer part of this investigation, I can drop Swan anytime and the investigation was about the fake allegations and then Mrs dyer signed a contract, and the state wants to charge me without a license so I had a explicit contract about what I am doing.,

Then about a week later Chris Mortenson called me and asked why I was doing this toi Swna, I told him the story I'm not going to have anything to do with her., Deb was pushing him to call me and he wanted to argue about deb Swan so I started to hang up on him, I said too hell with you, told him not to call me and he would wait a few weeks and call .Then got a complaint from the depot of justice and she filed his for him and I just got back from Oklahoma I went out there and spent a week and getting next to targets and to get the truth and it was a miraculous trip we had no trouble getting g what we had planned., we are at this point pro Bono and like a lot of these cases we don’t get more than the retainer, so I dispelled I know them there I have taken them on before so I explained them deal to them so they dropped it, then it was the BBB and hen swan put out a video wit hall these lunatic claimed that I taken their money and what they have done was they had ruined the work in Oklahoma and I may as well of not even of gone there , I have gotten to know Charles and Amy wonderful gals and if it was something we were going to get to the bottom and went a different direction and we could of gotten him out if it had not of been for Deb and Chris. I then get home from Oklahoma and and I get a call from Genelle she said she was Chris Mortenson's wife. She was in Tacoma Washington at the base and she wanted too know about the 10000 dollars and I explained what had happened . She told me that

Swan is bad and she told me what Deb has done to them and Chris has been spending all theitr money of Deb. Chris filed for divorse and Deb filled out divorce papers and Swan had called her and told her move out and Swan said she was moving in the house. This is the same gal she said it was her fiance. We talked to the gal about an hour ½ and things excavated I told her she should stay away from Swan and is Chris doesnt stay away from Swan then the, she could kiss her marriage goodbye. Swan has ruined them financially. I have a good report with her and she sounded pretty tough. She told me she was not going to let this ruin my life, so cheers to her., I have always tried to be reasonable. I’ve always given prosecutors a chance I did this with Swan, and I told them your not going to like what goes on here. Get out of my life and this is after the false complaints, and three weeks ago and all I can conclude is swan has something magical about her and I tried to reason with him., I told Swan to remove her the lies about the USO I told I opened a file... I paid some body to get info you both have a file know. She did not take the video down so know you both have taken me on and I hope you both enjoy it. Since then we published out first article on them as u know we use the paper we do an investigation and we determent someone is Innocent and when I go to them and say listen you are prosecuting a innocent person and if you don’t drop thew false charges then I will publish a article on them and ruin their life.. Most people ands all these crooks and they all have private lives and none of them care what happens in the office but what happens in public infront , and say one their neighbors say that your a crook and my dads locking up innocent people, and report this out in the public, this is how I get 4200 cases exohnorated. I call prosecutors today and I don’t have to go thru the process like I did before. So we just are in the process of dealing with people on Dyers case which should of happened a yr ago if it had not of been from swan and before its over Deb will be in prison and if not in prison then everyone will know what they have done and they are dangerous.

CLAY: She is attractive and she got to Mortenson and she bragged to my female friend and how she was going to move me in and I sent her on her way . Rick light now attacking me and I really have to ask myself what is she? Is she paranoid? When she was here she went outside she went outside.

ED: I came to the conclusion with some bits of evidence that Deborah swan and my opinion and I'll know when I get done with looking into her, that she is in fact working for the feds. She has protection I was told she had cocain charges in Texas and she got out of prison early . And I'm trying to confirm. I look at and accessing her, she works for the fed and she has been using the Dyer case to feed herself and run around the country and who ever she is working for, giving them info and got them on the hook like she has done Mortenson. She has the feds on the hook and she is using the Dyer case to promote herself and feed herself. She has been all very the place and she was not far from being desperate , and any way I'll know for sure when I am done with them. So for now that my assessment of her.
