NOTICE OF VACANCYIN OFFICE OF PARISH COUNCILLOR

Parish of Luddington and Haldenby

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to the resignation of Gary Shipley, a casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Parish Councillor for the Parish.

If by Tuesday, 20th February 2018 (14 days* after the date of this notice), a request for an election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer at North Lincolnshire Council, Civic Centre, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN16 1AB, signed by TEN electors for the said Luddington and Haldenby, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

The election will take place not later than Friday, 27th April 2018.
