• Class Presentations– Meet with me at least once before your

presentation date (required).

• Summaries– Will be assigned.

• No Class during AERA (April 16th)• Final Paper (research design)

– Due April 30th

Class Structure:First Few Weeks

• I’ll give background on topic

• Will include a class activity

• In-depth discussion of readings, including how to approach critical analysis and consider their contribution to the issues in the field.

Class Structure: Remaining Weeks

• Administrative (10 min)

• Student presentation (1 hr)

• Break (20 min)

• Discussion of Themes/Readings (1 hr)
