TaskStream Portfolio Types
Directed Response Folio (DRF) – primarily used for assessment/requirements or certification.
Presentation Portfolio – multiple page website used to showcase skills. Could be thought of as an employment portfolio.
Resource Folio – digital archive or file cabinet which can be organized in a variety of ways.
Some TaskStream Features
Students have 100 MB of storage space on TaskStream’s site. Additional space may be purchased for a nominal fee.
Students have access to their site for approximately 6 months after they graduate.
Students may use TaskStream’s Pack-it-Up feature 5 times (per year) to copy either full or partial e-portfolio contents to a hard drive and/or cd.
e-Portfolios may be accessed by potential employers through a TaskStream generated URL which students may setup.
Creating Your TaskStream Account
Go to:

Click ‘Subscribe Today’
Activate Your Subscription
Click the radio button to ‘Create’.
Enter the Student Key Code:

Enter Personal Information
Please be sure to note your User ID and password. For consistency, it would be a good idea to make this your Villanova e-mail User ID & password.
Step 4: Confirm registration info and continue.
Let’s Build Our Portfolios!
After signing into TaskStream, locate & click on the ‘Web Folio Builder’ link under Web Publications.
Add Title & Creation
In the ‘Presentation Portfolio’ section, add a title and then click ‘Create It’
Editing Content
Click on the ‘Basic Tool Pack – Showcase Portfolio – MT’ to begin.
Next, click ‘Edit’.
Publish/Share Your Folio
Click on Step # 4, to view and set options (e-mail or web publish) your folio.
