Ed vents Heptathlon get sponsored for each
lap you run. Another way
you can raise money is by
donation. There are prizes
for students who raise the
most money and for the
class who raises the most
money as well .
The winners will be an-
nounced at the last as-
sembly of the term. How
much money did you
raise?

This year, to raise money
for a library renovation,
we did the heptathlon.
The heptathlon is when
you do a marathon with 7
events. The events are:
bouncing a ball, star
jumps and step ups, a run
around the block,
battle balls, skipping,
the chicken dance
and bean-bag
throwing . The JPs
don’t run outside the
school and their cir-
cuit stays inside the
school grounds . In
the heptathlon, you
do laps and you can
New Library!
Isn't the library looking good so
far with all the new renovations
and cool stuff. The Junior Pri-
mary book cases have moved;
The novel towers have moved
closer to the Interactive White-
board. This has created more
space for more new furniture
and computers and other
technology in the future. I
don’t know about you but I think it’s
going to look awesome. You may
have noticed that there is an ideas
board out the front of the library. Re-
member that you can put some ide-
as down too.

Monthly School Hack: Did you know?
If you listen to Hans Zimmer Pandora whilst you’re doing homework, it
motivates you to do better!
Did you know?
If you eat candy when you’re studying, and then eat the same flavor when
you’re in a test, it can help you remember what you learnt.

Welcome to kindness
korner. I will be walking
around at lunch and
recess looking for any
acts of kindness we can
find in the yard and
class. You can hold a
door for some one or
even pick up your
friend’s jumper on the
way back to class... just
simple things can warm
a heart.

Ed’s Reviews TV Edition:
The Song In Your Heart
episode and I have to say
that they should happen
more often because this one
was great! The episode fea-
tures 8 awesome songs and
an epic storyline. The epi-
sode will be on at 5:30 this
Sunday(25th) on channel 76
(7Flix)so why not watch the
episode especially if you’re
into musicals. I hope you
enjoy it but that’s all for now.

This edition of Ed’s reviews
is a bit unique because in
this issue we will be doing
a TV issue for a special
television event. Ameri-
can television company
ABC’s hit show “Once
Upon A Time” is finally
getting a musical epi-
sode! This episode re-
volves around a curse
which makes everyone
break into song. This is the
first time the show has
ever gotten a musical
Centre. The choir has a
book full of songs they
have to learn by Septem-
ber in time for the con-
cert . In term two, they
have an assessment to
see how they are going.
They also have an assess-
ment to see what row they’ll
be in. Our choir did very well
and exceeded expectations
to get an “A” grade . Ms.
Groves is very proud of our
choir as we might get to be
in row 1 in the Festival which
is a very big honor indeed.
Will you go and see the con-
cert?
Leeonorae W.
On the 16th of June the sen-
ior choir had their assess-
ment . The senior choir per-
form at the Festival of Music
and this year it’s going to be
held at the Entertainment
