IntroductionElectronic cash has been a more and more common tool as a currency to keep the transaction between people in recent years, and electronic cash has a lot of advantages which substantial currency is not able to compare to.

Now we can buy electronic cash by VISA or logging in the specified web, etc.

However, there does not exist an quasi ATM system for different bank users to make them log in the same system to proceed transaction of electronic cash in nowadays.

Therefore, I want to create a quasi ATM system to integrate different bank users to make them do the transaction of electronic cash.

ConclusionAfter integrating, the different varieties of bank users can log in the same system to proceed the transaction of electronic cash.

It is more convenient and efficient for different bank users to buy electronic cash.
