The seedling of APL was purchased from

Siloam herb garden .

The variety of APL was identified by Dr. Lee

Chun Gil, Okcheon Medicinal Plant Growth

Experiment Station.

Plants were transplanted into plastic pots (∅

270 mm) filled with a mixture of 100g of

fertilizers (Osmocote Plus, Everris,

Newzland) in 30 L of soil (plant world,

Nongwoobio, Korea); light feeding.

Air temperature inside the greenhouse was

maintained under 25°C.
