Target Audience• Aim to boost ehealth awareness of
members of healthcare service providers, so that:– management personnel would realize the
importance of providing steer and allocating resources for better care delivery through ehealth
– executive personnel, or their health IT service providers, would evaluate the ehealth needs and plan a feasible adoption plan
– professionals and practitioners would execute the plans to realize ehealth adoptions and operate necessary ehealth tools

• Vetting by “Event & Communication Committee” based on:– Speaker Quality
– Topic Quality
– Contents Quality
– Sponsorship Fee for Cost Recovery
• eHC reserves the sole rights to accept/reject any application for presentations without providing any justification.

Sponsorship Fee
• Presentations from the private sector– Based on directly associated cost of seminar– eg venue, refreshments, transportation, etc– Estimated HK$5,000/session
• Presentations from non-profit organizations– In-kind sponsorship to minimize directly associated cost
of seminar
• Sponsorship Fee subject to the sole discretion of eHC
