„ECO - FRESH 03 „„ECO - FRESH 03 „ It cannot be stressed enough how important is ventilation for every home or occupational work environment where most people spend 90% of their lives.

Good ventilation is as important for the premises we live and work in, as fresh air is a necessity for our good health. The levels of insulation of our homes and the central heating systems in place lead to potentially lessoning of home ventilation.

In cold days or in polluted areas it is not easy to provide good natural ventilation , while often results in opening the window or door allowing the cold and polluted air to enter the premises.

SUPPLY AND HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATION UNIT

1. Extermal grille - protects the system from moistening even in heavy rains.

2. Filter: Activated charcoal filter - ensures fresh and filtered airflow in the premises even bacteria etc.• Fine filter - used in very dusty areasIn very polluted areas the filter should be changed two to three times a year.

Positioning the filter - 2à (when you have direct access to the system from the outside), or 2b (when access is possible only from inside the premises).

4. Duct – the duct length is adjustable according to the wall thickness.

5. Heater 420W – cost effective heater designed for intermitted operation..Achieves ?t (the temperature difference between the outside air and the air inflowing into the premises) 40º C when operating at supply rate 100 m³/h.

6. Thermostat - controls the heating element to guarantee inflowing fresh air at 23°C room temperature When the temperature of the inflowing air is above 17°Ñ , the heating element will remain switched off.

7. Thermal cut-out - protects the system from overheating.

8. Ionizer - disinfects and cleans the air from dust and debris that can be harmful to breath or aggravate allergies. Prevents the formation of mould and mildew.

9. Fan - Equipped with five speed regulator to control the air inflow from 30m³/h (silent night mode) to120m³/h (day mode).

10. Decorative grille - can be white, Inox, Chrome or other colours.

11. Control panel – includes controller, switches, humidity control system and timer.

Humidity Control System and Timer - adjusts fan speed according to humidity levels. Ensures system operationwhen the humidity is above 70%.

Green LED:- When the green LED blinks, the unit is switched OFF;- When the LED glows steady, the unit is switched ON.

Red LED:- When the red LED glows steady, the unit is in state of readiness to startheating the inflowing air if it drops below 17°Ñ.- When the LED blinks, the inflowing air is below 17C0 and the heaterstarts operating.

à) When the system is activated from the Standby button, the green, orange and blue LEDs glow. The system is now in state of readiness to start operating when the humidity reaches above 70%. When the humidity increases above these values, the fan starts operating on speed 3 together with the ionizer. The sensor continues to monitor the humidity and automatically turns them off 5 min. after the humidity drops below 70%.

b) The heater can be switched on by the remote control and it will start heatingthe inflowing air when its below 17°Ñ.
