1. Keep the Tandoor 2-3 inches away from the wall.

2. Keep the electric lead away from the hot Tandoor.

3. Always pre-heat the Tandoor for at least five minutes

before use

2. Do not pour or spill water on the hot glass surface.

3. Do not use sharp objects to clean the insides of the Tandoor.

RECEIPES

1. Tandoori Roti

Ingredients :- Wheat Flour and waterMethod :- Knead the flour using small quantities of water occasionally to form a stiff dough. Roll the dough in the form of a roti and place it on the heated tray. Serve Hot.Time Taken :- 1½ - 2 minutes

2. Tandoori Parantha

Ingredients :- Wheat Flour, water and ghee/oilMehod :- Knead the flour using small quantities of water occasionally to form a stiff dough. Roll the dough adding ghee and re-roll. Place it on the heated tray. Cook until it turns brownish. Serve Ho.Time Taken :- 2-3 minutes

3. Stuffed Parantha

Ingredients :- Wheat Flour, water, salt, ghee/oil and cooked stuffing (it can be potato, cauliflower, paneer, onion etc.)Method :- Knead the flour using salt and water to form a stiff dough.Roll it and add ghee and stuffing. Re-roll and place it on the heated tray. Cook until it becomes brownish. Serve Hot.Time Taken :- 3-4 minutes

4. Missi Roti

Ingredients :- Wheat Flour, Bengal gram flour (Besan), ghee/oil, salt, corriander leaves (dhania) and carom seeds (ajwain)Mehod :- Knead the flour using equal quantities of wheat flour and Bengal gram flour with some water. Add ghee, salt, corriander and carom seedswhile kneading. Roll out small rotis and place on the heated tray. Serve Hot.Time Taken :- 3-4 minutes

5. Naan

Ingredients :- Refined Flour (maida), ghee/oil, semolima (suji), nigella(kalonji), baking powder and joghurt.Method :- Mix all the ingredients except nigella to make a soft dough Cover with a wet cloth and set aside for 1-2 aside for 1-2 hours. Roll the dough,sprinkle nigella and place on the hot Tandoor tray. Cook until done. Serve Hot.Time Taken :- 3-4 minutesP.S. :- One can also add beaten egg into the dough

6. Paneer Tikka

Ingredients :- Cottage cheese (paneer), chilly powder, curd, salt and

Bengal gram flour (besam).Method :- Mix all the ingredients except paneer into a thick paste. Putthe cut cubes of cheese and mix well. Set it aside for marination for 45-60minutes. Pierce the pieces into the skewers. Place these into Kebab grill. Put it on the heated tray and cook until its done. Serve Hot.Time Taken :- 3 - 4 minutes

7. Toastizza........Our special Tandoori Pizza

Ingredients :- Bread slice/pizza base, pizza cheese, pizza sauce and choiceof toppings (cut or sliced onions, capscium, tomato, mushroom etc.)Mehod :- Apply pizza sauce on a bread slice/pizza base. Grate pizzacheese on the bread slice/pizza base. Put the toppings on it. Place it on the heated tray and cook. Serve Hot.Time Taken :- 2-3 minutes

8. Chicken Tikka

Ingredients :- Boneless chicken chunks, curd, salt, red chilly powder and oil. Method :- Mix curd, salt and red chilly powder into a thick paste. Mix pieces of boneless chicken chunks and set aside for marination for I hour. Greese the pieces and cook in Tandoor until done. These can also be put into skewers, alternating with assorted vegetables. Serve Hot.Time Taken :- 4 - 5 minutes

9. Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients :- Chicken cut into suitable sized pieces, curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chilli powder, vinegar, lemon and oil.Method :- Mix curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chilli powder, vinegar and lemon into a thick paste. Rub it into the chicken pieces and set aside for marination for 2 hours. Pre heat the Tandoor for atleast 5-6 minutes and keep the marinated chicken piece into the tray. Heat for about 10 minutes till tender. Sprinklemeat masala and serve hot.Time Taken :- Seekh Kabab
