Collaborative spaces are provided to driveproduction and promote creativity.

Dynamic meeting areas. Interactive spaces into work environments that

foster innovation. Easy circulation around the office area. Abundance of natural light. Flexible space planning. Modern design accents are used throughout

the office area. Sliding folding partition is used. Pantry area is having armor coat texture wall

finished with a wooden baffle. Loose furniture is used to make the area highly

rich Acoustic panels are suspended from the true

ceiling throughout the workstation area. Writeable glass in vibrant color is used.

The motto was to keep thespace collaborative in orderto ensure a continuousinteraction between teams,groups, and management.

and meeting rooms. Gypsum ceiling in passages, recreation area,

and cafeteria. Used of Bain Marie in the cafeteria. Open metal ceiling in the cafeteria. Acoustic properties are places throughout the

office, for employees. Sofa factory fabricated. Writeable glass in the conference room &

meeting room. Uses of wallpaper in the training room and

graphic in columns.

Co-living is a new trend that has hit the Indian metropolitancities. When you move halfway across the country, to placeswith no solid support system, friends or family you no longerhave to worry about buying yourself a refrigerator or setting upan internet connection or even being lonely, courtesy of co-living spaces. It is a concept of renting living spaces which arefully managed, maintained and operated allowing the residentsto live in a professionally managed space with a lot of flexibility.Comparatively while the rentals might be a little higher thanstaying at a PG accommodation, the value of living in a co-livingspace outweigh the value of living in the alternate options,especially for singles.

The co-living market in India is evolving at a rapid pace, withinvestments from national and international institutionalinvestors bringing in much-needed seed capital as well as futurerounds of funding thereby allowing a new business model tothrive and aim towards achieving scale and as per the report ofleading project management company, it is expected to growmore than double by 2025 $13.92 billion from current $ 6.67billion across India’s top 30 cities which are the major economiccentres in the country.

Co-living is paving the way for a sustainable future as citiesbecome denser and house units smaller, the future generationwill have no option but to turn towards co-living spaces. This isbecause the significance of co-living surely goes beyondaffordability.

The shared nature of co-living will help in reducing carbonfootprint, making it the most sustainable way of living in thefuture.
